Log apni life ko better bananey ke liye naye tarekey aur ideas ko apnatey hai ,

Kai log apne life mein successful ho kar bhi khus nhi rahte hai, unke pass daulat hai , family hai, izzat hai aur aaram ki her ek cheez hai ,Lekin unke pass Jo cheez nhi hoti hai, o hai ek acchi health, jab WO khud ko fit nhi rakh paatey hai to aisi success ka kya fayeda.
To dosto success ussi ko kahate hai Jise aap puri tarah se enjoy kar sakhe,
Aaj her koi yeahi chahta hai ki WO puri tarah se fit aur healthy life jiye,

* Apni Daily Routine Ko Balance Karey:-

Subha udhane se leker raat mein sone take, humarey din bhar ka  routine kya ho ,
Yeah humari health ke liye jaana bhaut jaruri hai.
Humari routine ka jitna asar humari success per padhta hai, utna hi asar humari health per bhi padhta hai,
Sapose, aap daily subha 6 am per udhte hai, exercise karte hai, uske baad bath leyte hai 
Or daily ke time per breakfast Leyte hai, uske baad aap kaam per chaley jaate hai,
Fir 2 pm ko lunch karne ke baad thodha aaram karna health ke liye accha hota hai,
Ghar aaney ke baad akele mein thodha  relax karna aur raat ko 9pm mein dinner Lena chahiye,
Dinner ke baad aadha ghanta walk karna chahiye , isse khana aasani se pach jaata hai,uske 1-2 ghante baad hi sona chahiye..
* Khane mein santulan apnaye:-
Agar apka khana accha aur poshtic hoga to apka health bhi accha rahega, acchi health ke liye santulit diet ki bahut jaruri hai, Jo apke health ko accha banata hai
Wahi agar aap apni diet ko leker mistake karte hai to yeah apke health ko kharab kar deyta hai,apko kon so cheez khani chahiye aur kon si cheez nhi khani chahiye yeah apko pata hona chahiye,
Ayurveda mein bhi kaha gaya hai ki aap apni nature ke mutabik hi diet leni chahiye, apne daily ke routine mein vitamins, protein, fat,minerals aadi sabhi cheejo ko santulit mantra mein apne diet mein saamil kar Lena chahiye
* yoga karke healthy  baney:- 
Aaj ke time mein yoga humarey liye bahut important ho gaya hai, yoga ko apni daily routine mein saamil kar ke hum khud ko fit rakh sakhte hai , yoga karne se kai logo ne  kai bimaario  ko maat di hai , iska result bhi saamne aaya hai, 
Is liye  yoga  humari health ke liye bahut jaruri hai,
Hume season ke anusaar hi yoga karna chahiye..
*Positive thinking ko apnaye:-

Tanaow air avasaad jaisi samsaya negative soch ki wajah se paida hoti hai, isliye tanaow woh dipretion se ladaney ke liye humen soch ko positive rakhna chahiye.
Positive soch ke liye aap acha satsang, exercise aur acchi  sangeet bhi sun sakhte hai. Positive soch se hi apni saririk aur maansik  health ko banaye rakh sakte hai.
*Khul kar hasne ka paryaas karey:-
Ek ruthe huye insan aur ek husatey huye insan mein se aap kis ka chunav karegey,
To apka jawab hoga husta huwa insan , kiyuki log humesa hustey ,muskurate huye insan ke saath rahna pasand karte hai.
Koi bhi maausa insan ke saath nhi rahna 
Chaheyga.
Humesa khus rahney se humari khubsurti bhi badh jaati hai, Jo humari health ko chaar chand laga deyta hai.
Jab kabhi humey sacchi khusi milti hai ya hum jab khus rahte hai , tab humarey sarir mein aise Harmons nikalte hai Jo hume tanav se ladane mein bhi sahayeta karte hai,isse rog partirodhak chhamta  ko badhane mein aur health ko accha banata hai, isliye haste rahe aur ek acchi health banaye.
